Everything from the first idea to a site that's live and looked after.

Most developers build the site and leave the domain, hosting and security to you. I do the lot — and I'm the person you talk to throughout.

// Packages

What I build.

Prices are starting points for the work itself. Domains, hosting and any paid software are separate, charged at cost, and set up in your name wherever possible.

Starter website

A small, fast, professional site for a business that either has nothing online or has something badly out of date. Three to five pages, built mobile-first, with a working contact form.

  • 3–5 pages, written and laid out with you
  • Contact form that actually reaches your inbox
  • Basic SEO so you can be found by name
  • Deployed live with SSL on your own domain
  • 30 days of aftercare included
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A business with nothing online, or something out of date, loses the customers who look it up first — which is most of them now.

How it benefits you

This gets you a fast, professional site that answers their questions and reaches your inbox, for less than a month of most advertising, and you own it outright.

How the job goes

  1. You tell me what your business does and what the site needs to achieve. If your text is not written yet, say so — I can work from notes, and it changes the timeline honestly rather than quietly.
  2. I send a fixed quote and a one-page outline: three to five pages, what each is for, what sits in the menu. You approve both.
  3. The 50% deposit clears and work starts. Your home page goes on the design first, with your own words, so you see the look in week one.
  4. The remaining pages, the contact form tested with a real message, and the basic SEO so you can be found by name.
  5. A private link to review. Two rounds of changes are included.
  6. Your domain connected, SSL on, live. The balance is due now, and the code and copyright are yours.
  7. Thirty days of aftercare — anything that does not behave, I fix.

Professional business website

The full job for an established business — more pages, a proper structure, a catalogue or gallery if you need one, and the search and analytics groundwork to go with it.

  • 6–12 pages with a considered structure
  • Product catalogue, gallery or service pages
  • Forms, maps, bookings and similar integrations
  • SEO setup, analytics and Google Business Profile
  • Help with the wording if you want it
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

At six to twelve pages the structure matters more than the design: a visitor has to find the right service in two clicks or they leave. This is the site built for an established business — organised properly, findable by name and by what you do, with the analytics to show what it brings in.

How it benefits you

You get a site that does the explaining before the phone rings, and the numbers to see which pages earn their keep.

How the job goes

  1. We talk through the business properly — what you sell, who buys it, what a good enquiry looks like. This one deserves an hour, not an email.
  2. I draw the site outline: six to twelve pages, the catalogue or gallery if you need one, and where the forms, maps or bookings sit. You approve it before any building.
  3. Fixed quote, 50% deposit, work starts.
  4. Built in the order you will review it — home and the main service pages first, catalogue and integrations second — with a private link updated as it grows, so there is no big reveal at the end.
  5. Wording help along the way if you want it, and search and analytics set up so you can see who arrives and from where.
  6. Two rounds of changes, then live on your domain with SSL. Balance due; code and copyright yours.
  7. Google Business Profile connected, and thirty days of aftercare.

Website redesign

Your business hasn't changed but your website has aged. I rebuild it properly and keep your existing addresses working, so whatever ranking you've earned survives the move.

  • Your existing content, rebuilt to a modern standard
  • Redirects preserved so search rankings hold
  • Made to work properly on phones
  • Faster loading and a valid SSL certificate
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A dated site quietly tells people the business might be too. A rebuild keeps everything you have earned — the content, the addresses, the search ranking — and puts it in a design that looks current. Cheaper than starting again, and you lose nothing.

How it benefits you

You get a site that looks current, works on phones and loads fast — with the content, addresses and search ranking you already earned kept intact.

How the job goes

  1. Send me the address of your current site. I read all of it and list every page and every address that search engines know about.
  2. I send a fixed quote and an outline of the new site: what stays, what merges, what goes — and a redirect for every old address so the ranking you have earned survives the move.
  3. 50% deposit, work starts. Your existing content moves across first, then the design goes on top; the words are the valuable part.
  4. Made to work properly on phones, made faster, SSL sorted.
  5. A private link to review, side by side with the old site. Two rounds of changes.
  6. The switch: redirects live, old site off, new site on, and every old address checked. Balance due; code and copyright yours.

Custom web application

When a website isn't enough — user accounts, a database, payments, an admin area, or a tool built around how your business actually works. Quoted and delivered in phases so you're never handed one enormous bill.

  • User accounts and secure sign-in
  • Card payments or subscriptions via Stripe
  • An admin area you can actually use
  • AI features where they genuinely help
  • Automated tests, so changes don't break things

This is what ThaiBridge AI is — accounts, subscription billing and an AI assistant, live and running.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

When your business runs on a spreadsheet and an inbox, every hour of admin is money.

How it benefits you

A tool built round how you actually work pays for itself in staff time, and phased quotes mean you pay for one working piece at a time — never a bet on the whole thing.

How the job goes

  1. We start with what the business actually does, not with features. I want to see the spreadsheet, the inbox or the process you are trying to replace.
  2. I write up the phases — usually accounts and sign-in first, then the core tool, then payments, then the admin area — each with its own fixed price. You only ever commit to the next phase.
  3. Phase one: deposit, build, automated tests written alongside, a private link you can log in to.
  4. You use it for real for a week before we agree the next phase. What you learn changes the plan, and it should.
  5. Each further phase the same way: quote, deposit, build, tests, review, live.
  6. Every phase ships deployed, tested and documented, so if we stop after any of them you have a working product, not half of one.

Domain, DNS, SSL & deployment

The plumbing. Buying or moving a domain, configuring DNS on Cloudflare, getting SSL working so browsers stop warning people off, routing your email, and putting the site live. Available on its own, even if someone else built the site.

  • Domain registration or transfer
  • Cloudflare DNS configured properly
  • SSL so the padlock appears and stays
  • Email routing to an address you already use
  • Deployment, with the slow-loading problem fixed
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A missing padlock or a domain that does not resolve costs customers who never mention it.

How it benefits you

This is an afternoon’s work done properly, in your name, so the site loads, is secure and stays yours — whether or not I built it.

How the job goes

  1. Send me your domain name, where it is registered and where the site is hosted. Do not know? Send me the web address and I will work the rest out.
  2. We create your Cloudflare account together, in your name, and I copy your existing DNS records across before anything is pointed at it, so nothing goes down.
  3. Nameservers switched, SSL turned on, and both www and non-www checked to load.
  4. Email routing if you want it, then I test from a phone on mobile data rather than only from my own computer, and send you a short note of what I changed and why.
  5. If the site is not live yet, I deploy it too — and if it is on hosting that goes to sleep, I fix that at the same time.

Maintenance & care plans

A website isn't finished when it goes live. Monthly care keeps it backed up, up to date and online — and gives you somebody to ask when something looks wrong.

  • Essential — £30/mo: monitoring, backups, updates, small text changes
  • Care — £75/mo: the above plus an hour of changes each month and a short report
  • No long tie-in — one month's notice, whenever you like
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A site that is never backed up or updated is fine until the day it is not.

How it benefits you

For the price of a coffee a week you get monitoring, backups, updates and someone to email — and you will hear about a problem from me, not from a customer.

How the job goes

  1. We start with a short health check: backups, updates, SSL expiry, what is monitoring the site, and who has access to what. Anything already wrong is fixed before the plan starts.
  2. Monitoring switched on — I know the site is down before you do.
  3. Every month: backups taken, software updated, small text changes made as you send them. On the Care plan, an hour of changes and a short report on what happened.
  4. Something looks wrong? You email me. That is the plan.
  5. One month’s notice to stop, whenever you like. Everything stays in your name.
// Fixed price, no quote needed

Small jobs, priced up front.

Not everything needs a quote. These are self-contained pieces of work with a fixed price and a fixed timescale — you know exactly what it costs before you get in touch.

Domain, DNS & SSL setup

£145

Your domain connected properly, Cloudflare configured, and a working SSL certificate so browsers show the padlock instead of a warning. Includes email forwarding if you want it.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A missing padlock costs you customers who never mention it. Browsers now warn visitors before they reach your page, and most simply leave. It is usually a configuration problem rather than an expensive one.

How it benefits you

For £145 you get a site that loads, shows the padlock and stays in your name — done in an evening, whether or not I built it.

How the job goes

  1. Before we start, send me your domain name, where it is registered and where the site is hosted. Do not know? Send me the web address and I will work the rest out.
  2. Day 1 — we create your Cloudflare account together, in your name, and I copy your existing DNS records across before anything is pointed at it, so nothing goes down.
  3. Day 1 — nameservers switched, SSL turned on, and both www and non-www checked to load.
  4. Day 2 — email routing if you want it, then I test from a phone on mobile data rather than only from my own computer, and send you a short note of what I changed and why.

Fix a slow website

£165

I find what is actually making your site slow and fix it, then deploy it properly so it stays fast. Before and after load times measured, so you can see the difference.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

Cheap hosting puts your site to sleep; the next visitor waits twenty seconds for a blank page and leaves. Every one of them was a customer you paid to attract and never met — this is the cheapest fix on the site.

How it benefits you

You get a site that opens before people give up, and the before-and-after numbers to prove it.

How the job goes

  1. Before we start, send me your site address. I measure it cold — the first visit after it has sat idle — and send you the number. That is the “before”, and it is usually worse than you think.
  2. Day 1 — I find the cause: hosting that goes to sleep, images far larger than needed, no caching, hosting in the wrong part of the world, slow database queries. I tell you what it is, in plain English, before I change anything.
  3. Day 2 — I apply the fixes and deploy the site properly, so it stays fast rather than being fast today.
  4. Day 3 — I measure again the same way and send you both numbers with a summary of what changed. If the honest answer includes paid hosting, I say so — it goes to the host, in your name, and is usually a few pounds a month.

Add a contact form

£95

A working contact form with spam protection, delivering straight to your inbox. Tested end to end before I hand it over — not just that the button looks right.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

Most small business sites have no form, or one that quietly stopped working months ago and nobody noticed. Every enquiry that vanishes is a customer who thinks you ignored them. One that reaches you pays for this several times over.

How it benefits you

You get every enquiry in your inbox, with the reply address right, and a thank-you on screen so the customer knows it worked.

How the job goes

  1. Before we start, send me your site address, the inbox enquiries should reach, and what you want to ask people. Not sure? Tell me what you sell and I will suggest a sensible set of fields.
  2. Day 1 — I build the form to match your site, with spam protection and a proper thank-you message. It works even with JavaScript turned off.
  3. Day 1 — I send a real test message and check it lands in your inbox with the right reply address. Then you send one, from your phone.
  4. Day 2 — any changes to the fields, and a handover note showing how to change the address it goes to yourself.

Set your business up online

£165

Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite with Facebook and Instagram linked, business email on your domain, and your staff added with their own access rather than a shared password.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

The company Instagram on someone’s personal phone, the Facebook page owned by an ex-employee, one shared password: it works until somebody leaves. An afternoon of my time against the day you lose the page, the reviews and the followers with the person who set them up.

How it benefits you

You get accounts the business owns, staff with their own logins, and a one-page summary of who has access to what.

How the job goes

  1. Before we start, you tell me what already exists — any Facebook page, Instagram, Google listing or email — and who controls each one. Untangling that is often the real job, and it is included.
  2. Day 1 — your Google Business Profile created or claimed in an account the business owns, and verification requested. If you work at your customers’ premises, I set it up as a service-area business so your home address is not published.
  3. Day 1 — Meta Business Suite created, with your Facebook page and Instagram brought under it and away from anyone’s personal phone.
  4. Day 2 — business email on your own domain, and each member of staff given their own login with the access they need. No shared password.
  5. Day 3 — you get a one-page summary: every account, who owns it, who has access, and how to remove someone in thirty seconds.
  6. When Google’s postcard arrives, five to fourteen days later, you enter the code. I will talk you through it — it is the one step only you can do.

Payments, database & storage

£395

Stripe Checkout taking card payments, a hosted database connected and ready, and file storage set up. The backend groundwork for a web app, done properly and ready to build on.

Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

Payments are the part of a paid product where a small mistake costs real money rather than embarrassment.

How it benefits you

Done once, properly, by someone who has run the loop live, you get back the weeks this plumbing takes and a foundation you never revisit.

How the job goes

  1. Before you buy, send me the repository link or a description of what you are building. I will confirm this offer fits, or say what would.
  2. Day 1 — I read your code and we agree, in writing, what people pay for and what needs storing. Stripe, database and storage accounts created in your name, or I use yours.
  3. Day 2 — the database connected and a first migration run. Every key and secret in environment variables, none in the code.
  4. Day 3 — Stripe Checkout, the success page and receipt, and the webhook that is the only thing allowed to mark anyone as paid.
  5. Day 4 — file storage wired in, then a test payment start to finish with a test card, including a declined card, an abandoned checkout and a duplicate webhook.
  6. Day 5 — a written summary: what exists, what it costs, how to change it, and a checklist for going live.

Each price is the whole job, not a starting point. Third-party costs — a domain, paid hosting, transaction fees — go to the provider in your name, at cost, and I will tell you honestly whether you need them.

Working from a template instead?

If you've bought one of my templates — or any template — I'll put it live on your domain properly, or change it to fit your brand.

Add-on

Template installation

I deploy the template on your own domain, with SSL, working forms and your content in place. You get a finished site without touching any code.

  • From £150
  • Usually done within two days
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

You bought a template to skip the design; installation skips the rest.

How it benefits you

Two days from files in a folder to a live site on your domain, forms tested, without opening a code editor.

How the job goes

  1. Send me which template, your domain, and your content — words and images for each page.
  2. Day 1 — I put your content on the template, wire the forms to your inbox and test them with a real message.
  3. Day 1 — a private link to review on your phone.
  4. Day 2 — your domain connected, SSL on, live. You have a finished site without touching any code.

Add-on

Template customisation

Your colours, fonts, logo and structure — plus any extra pages or features the template doesn't include out of the box.

  • From £250
  • Quoted once I know what you need
Why it’s worth it, and how the job goes

Why it’s worth paying for

A template gets you most of the way; the last part — your colours, an extra page, a feature it does not have — is what makes it yours rather than obviously a template. Quoted as a fixed list, so nothing appears on the bill that was not on it.

How it benefits you

You get a site that is unmistakably yours — your colours, your pages, the features you actually need — for a price you knew before the work started.

How the job goes

  1. Tell me what does not fit: your colours and fonts, extra pages, a feature the template does not have.
  2. I send a fixed quote for exactly that list, and nothing appears on the bill that is not on it.
  3. Deposit, then the changes, then a private link to review.
  4. Live, and a short note on what I changed so the next person — or you — can find it.

// How I work

The terms, up front.

Stated here so there's nothing to discover later.

50% deposit

Work starts once the deposit clears. The balance is due when the site goes live.

Two rounds of changes

Included in every package. Anything beyond that is charged at my day rate, agreed before I start.

You own it

The code and copyright transfer to you on final payment. No licence you have to keep paying for.

Costs stay separate

Domains, hosting and paid software are charged at cost and registered in your name where possible — so you keep control of them.

A fixed price

You get a number and a timeline before any work begins, not an open-ended hourly bill.

You deal with me

The person who answers your email is the person writing the code. Nothing is passed to somebody else.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe what your business does and what you want to happen. I'll tell you what I'd recommend — including if that's less than you asked for.
